Requirements:
As the go-to person for office operations, you'll:
- Welcome guests, customers, vendors, and employees with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily office operations, including phones, mail, office supplies, filing, and general office organization.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including reports, correspondence, projects, and special assignments.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate business travel, meetings, and related logistics.
- Assist with company events, employee communications, and other administrative projects.
- Proactively identify office needs and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially: Excel (sorting, formulas, formatting, and data organization), Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Experience creating spreadsheets, reports, and maintaining organized records.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
